1. Check-in and Check-out Policies

Established Schedules

• Check-in: 15:00 hours.
• Check-out: 12:00 hours.
  
  

Late Check-out

Guests have the option to request a late check-out until 2:00 PM, subject to availability. This extension will incur an additional charge of 20% on the room rate.

2. Cancellation policies
 

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellation 4 or more days in advance: No charge.
• Cancellation with 3 days or less notice: Full deposit (total cost of stay) will be charged.

Important Considerations

• All cancellations must be notified in writing.
• Refunds will be processed according to the established cancellation policy.
• Reservation changes are subject to availability.

3. General Conditions

Zerohotel reserves the right to modify these policies as necessary. Guests will be notified of any changes at the time of booking.

Guest Responsibilities

• Present valid identification at check-in.
• Respect the established check-in and check-out times.
• Keep the facilities in good condition.
• Comply with the hotel's rules of coexistence.
